Brittneys Bedspread
Brittney has a bedspread fetish...LOL She has had 14 different bedspreads since we built our house almost 7 years ago... With each new bedspread comes the yurning for new art, to match...I have gone to Kirklands several times and went to their "backroom". That's where they put all the pictures and mirrors that have fallen off their walls and broke and sometimes nothing is left but the frames..and they will allow you to buy them for like $5.00... I have bought several and turned them into bullitin boards and different things, just to satisfy her need for something new...
I recently painted some pictures for my new grandsons room, I wasn't too scared cause I figured Brooke will probably change them out before Houston gets old enough, to figure out how cheesy they are..LOL
Brittney carries her butt to Hobby Lobby and tells me now I have seen your work, You will paint me some pictures to go with my new bedspread...I thought well I can do this...Maybe she will never ask me to do this again...hehe
These are the pictures...Now my oldest daughter Brandy wants me to paint a city scape to go over her couch in her new apartment...
See the thing is I know I can't paint, but I feel like it's their way of making me feel useful to them, since they are all grown... Hey what ever it takes....
So with that I thought I would share my cheesiness with you all........
I took the flowers from her bedspread to paint these!

Cheesy my butt! You are an AMAZING artist mother and you just don't know it! You seriously need another blog just for your art and you need to set up a site to sell it on. You would be quite surprised at the attention and money you will get from your talent! :)

But I cant draw a stick figure. and it look like a stick figure!
it is hard to scrapbook for other people and get the same emotional connection and it look the same as my pages for bella.... but I might could paint animals on canvas if i could paint an animal kwim? rofl
Cheezy my foot....girl these are amazing....love, love the pics for Houston's room....Now are the flowers going in Brittany's room....they are awesome as well..girl you are way talented you should open an Etsy shop...Be sure to post the city scape...these are wonderful.....
